Prior to founding Chenery, Tom launched the financial service practice, with investment management focus, for a top 20 global retained executive search boutique. He held various senior roles at a leading global investment bank / asset manager and the stock exchange. He built two consultancy / service companies through exponential growth and subsequent sale. A graduate of Bucknell University, he received an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Gary E. Luciani

Prior to joining Chenery, Gary was global head of mezzanine capital markets and head of mezzanine finance for two separate international investment banks, and head of private equity for a global financial institution. A graduate of Bucknell University, he received an MBA from Dartmouth's Amos Tuck School.

Jennifer M. Creed

Head of Research and Relationship Management

Prior to joining Chenery, Jennifer led two foundations: one, to a performance turnaround; the other, in its restructuring and growth. A highly-acclaimed vocalist, she was previously a full-time performer and currently enjoys an active solo singing performance schedule. She attended The Catholic University of America on full academic scholarship and, earned two degrees in voice performance and mathematics, graduating summa cum laude.
